1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Individual Course Purchases: Refund requests must be made within 30 of purchase. To be eligible, you must have accessed no more than 25% of the course content.
- Membership Subscriptions: Refund requests for membership subscriptions are available only for the first billing period and must be made within 14 of the subscription start date. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email our support team with your purchase details, including your name, email address, and order confirmation number.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Courses accessed beyond 25% of the content.
- Membership renewals: Refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis (i.e. if you are 50% way through the subscription period, you would receive a 50% refund).
- Promotional or discounted items: Refunds are not available for courses purchased on a discount or during a promotional sale unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but access to membership content will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
